CHALLENGE

Across 2 consecutive winter campaigns, the objective was to establish a recognizable and ownable seasonal visual direction for Frank And Oak’s outerwear category - one capable of evolving season to season while reinforcing long-term brand distinction.

The challenge was to position sustainable technical outerwear within a saturated performance-lifestyle market by merging functional credibility with a stronger emotional & stylistic point of view, ensuring the collections resonated not only through product innovation, but through identity, attitude, and lifestyle relevance.

APPROACH

I led concept development and Creative Direction, shaping an evolving narrative system that blended purposeful storytelling, technical product communication, and editorial image-making.

Each campaign explored a different expression of the Frank And Oak winter archetype, from conscious explorers to more urban, movement-driven identities, using styling, casting, and environment to translate technical product attributes into culturally relevant & emotionally grounded narratives.

While the visual worlds evolved across seasons, the work maintained a consistent creative language rooted in restraint, naturalism, and thoughtful design, helping establish a recognizable winter image system for the brand.

I oversaw full creative cohesion across digital, social, OOH, and print touchpoints, ensuring alignment between storytelling, styling direction, product messaging, and seasonal rollout.

IMPACT

The campaigns strengthened Frank And Oak’s outerwear identity by building a more distinct & recognizable winter visual language across multiple seasons.

By connecting technical innovation with archetype-driven storytelling and lifestyle positioning, the work elevated perception of both performance and brand character, reinforcing Frank And Oak’s place at the intersection of contemporary fashion, sustainability, and outdoor living.

Across channels, the campaigns improved brand cohesion, audience resonance, and category distinction within the competitive outerwear market.
