Creative and Campaign Direction for the launch of Frank And Oak’s rivetless, circular denim collection — developed from insight through concept and execution.
The Campaign reframed an iconic but outdated product design detail as a systemic problem, educating audiences on how rivets complicate denim recycling and positioning their removal as a purposeful step toward circular design.
Through clear, design-forward Storytelling, the work balanced education with desirability, translating sustainability innovation into a bold, accessible Brand Message. Rolled out across digital and social channels, the Campaign reinforced Frank And Oak’s leadership in responsible fashion and deepened audience engagement around circularity. The narrative-driven approach supported a significant lift in denim sales sustained over two seasons, further validating circular design as both a brand and commercial lever.
