JUDITH & CHARLES

Brand Transformation & F/W Global Campaign

BRAND STRATEGY & POSITIONING · END-TO-END CREATIVE DIRECTION · CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

VISUAL STRATEGY · 360° ART DIRECTION · IMAGE DIRECTION · CASTING DIRECTION · VISUAL NARRATIVE

CHALLENGE

Judith & Charles was undergoing a broader multi-year brand transformation aimed at modernizing perception, refining audience alignment, and elevating its position within the contemporary luxury space.

The challenge was not simply to launch another seasonal campaign, but to build a more distinct & emotionally resonant brand image capable of increasing desirability while evolving the perception of the J&C woman for a more fashion-conscious, high-value audience.

APPROACH

Conceived as a continuation of the previous Spring/Summer chapter, the campaign introduced a more theatrical exploration of the archetypes shaping the modern Judith & Charles woman.

Using narrative, casting, styling, and visual language as strategic tools, I helped shape a clearer and more contemporary brand expression, balancing sophistication, confidence, and emotional nuance while reinforcing long-term brand consistency across seasons.

Executed across campaign imagery, visual narrative, creative assets, and the seasonal lookbook, the work formed part of a larger two-year Brand Image Strategy designed to progressively reposition the brand through culturally attuned storytelling & elevated visual direction.

Rather than relying on trend-driven luxury cues, the approach focused on building a more cohesive & aspirational brand world, capable of deepening recognition and strengthening audience affinity over time.

IMPACT

As one of 4 campaigns developed over a two-year period, the work contributed to a significant evolution in brand perception and desirability.

The strategy organically doubled social following, attracted a more defined high-value customer segment, and generated sustained increases in brand awareness and luxury perception - reinforcing Judith & Charles as a culturally relevant & contemporary fashion brand.
