ONE DROP FOUNDATION
Merch Design & Case Study
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT · BRANDING · MERCH DESIGN · VISUAL STORYTELLING · PURPOSE-LED BRAND TRANSLATION · CASE STUDY DIRECTION
Merchandise and Storytelling Assets developed for One Drop Foundation, the international non-profit founded by Guy Laliberté, whose mission positions water as both a human right and a catalyst for long-term autonomy.
The creative approach was informed by a growing shift in values-driven organizations toward meaning over messaging, moving away from overt charity signals and into objects people choose to live with. Designed at Sid Lee Montréal, the branding, scarves and hangtags translated One Drop’s global impact into collectible pieces, using symbolism, materiality, and restraint to communicate purpose.
The result elevated merch from fundraising collateral into cultural artifacts, extending the foundation’s narrative into everyday life while reinforcing trust, relevance, and emotional connection with a new generation of supporters.
